• Find Surveyors within a 20 mile radius of property address
• Specific views for user types
• Have the ability to email parties involved in transactions
• Ability to notify selected parties when surveys have been uploaded from Surveyor Companies based on orders
• User backend search for multiple companies, realtors, Surveyors/Companies
• Associate user account to a company based on Criteria used to create account.

Grandpa’s Prayer List

• Have the ability for a child to send grandpa a prayer
• Child has the option make prayer public or private
• Child can invite more than grandpa to his/her group
• Prayers are listed in Childs/grandpas Dashboard
• Grandpa has the option to Invite a grandchild to his group
• Grandpa can view his prayer requests as well as Public requests
• Once grandpa has prayed on a prayer, child or group gets notified of when grandpa prayed
• Prayers older than 25 days are no longer displayed

AJAX/php shopping cart using WordPress as Backend

Turneffe Island Resort

Created a system for existing visitors and new visitors to create profile and share their experience with others about their stay at Turneffe Island Resort. Each user has the ability to fill out questionnaires, signup for email blasts and send comments via a customized form whether they are a Fishing, Diving or simply visiting the site.

Arkansa Foreclosure Notice

Created an online system for website Administrators to create a listing for a new foreclosure listing. Each listing is searchable and is displayed with detailed information like: date posted, location, address, county and city. Each listing also has a PDF attached for more detailed information.

Petrospect Inspection Services

Created an online system to notify employees of important meetings, new jobs and a message forum for each of their departments – HR, Administration, Employees and Management.

The employees are able to track their calendars of their upcoming jobs and enter detailed information about their job day and collaborate with other employees. The system also has the ability for Administrators to display any kind of document to their employee portal page, as well as having the ability to send an employee a message for new assignments and/or new jobs.

Can-Fer Construction

Scope:

Can-Fer Construction turned to Zephyr Salvo to create a way to track man hours for projects by having the ability to input project details like:

• Length of project
• End of project
• Projected budget
• Man hours
• Overtime
• And Payroll

Solution:

Zephyr Salvo created an online program that not only achieves the above objectives, but also gives project managers the ability to browse for employees, correlating them to their corresponding jobs. Other features of the online application includes:

• Add employee hours
• Print detailed reports
• Timesheets
• And remaining hours for each employee or employee group.
