What kind of On Call changes can I make?
You can request changes for text, graphics, videos, page design, new pages, landing pages, and more! As long as your requests do not include custom functionality development, ecommerce, or database development you can send it to us and we’ll take care of it. If I submit a request to change something, will it happen today?
It depends on what you are requesting! If there is a simple change, it will more than likely happen on the same day (if not the same hour!). If you request something more complicated, it may take longer to complete.
Can I submit requests on weekends and holidays?
Yes! You can submit a request whenever you like, and we will get back to you on the next available business day.
What happens to the minutes I have left over from the previous month?
Your on-call minutes will carry over from month to month, and remain for the entire year.

Can I save up all of my time and have you develop my new website?

Does it matter where my site is hosted?
Nope. We will work directly with your hosting provider to make sure you get the full benefits of the Zephyr Salvo Website Support Package.
Can I sign up if I don’t have a WordPress website?

No, we do not. All content should be provided by the client through the Zephyr Salvo Website Support Dashboard.
